Dear my pals,

My friend met an urgent problem when she applied the MBA program of U of Toronto on line.

She has completed all the on-line application forms and asked her recommendor to send the reference as well. She also went through the step of “Inspection” smoothly. However, after she pressed the “Submit” button, there was a notice saying that she could not submit because she did not finished her on-line recommendation. Though she has tried several times, the problem still existed.
Does anyone know what is wrong? As a reapplicant, she only need submit one reference this time. Do you think this is a reason for unsuccessful submitting on line?
