楼上哥们的意思是between ,,,and,,,所要求的平行对称这一点优先于宾从的THAT？

我觉得believe后面的that省略是否是个定规本题里面不是重要的，楼主哥哥还是要本着gmat语法语法考试的总则：答案源于比较。其他的答案没有比b更好的了。

其次，宾语从句的that原则上是不能省的。
