I think the answer is "true motivation", I found the ture motivation about my life, not for the essay but for the life.

Very well said. I second that. Read an earlier comments about Stanford prefer young and high scorer. What I want to say is that the Stanford graduates (MBA or not) I had the fortune to have worked with are truely great individuals, professionally and personally. It seems to me that the reason goes well beyond being young and a high scorer.
