可是第一个the是因为有序数词，而且C用了since，难道不应该接完成时吗？这又如何解释呢？

最高级也应该用the啊

GMAT语法认为having done的用法是不简洁的，所以即使有since也不能在分词短语中用完成时态。

og里说了呀，因为题目中第一个most前面有个tenth。

我有一点不明白的是since。og里讲因为since emphasizes the continuity of the action，所以since比after好。

但是题中哪里看出来要有持续性的啊？

我用另一種類似的想法思考：

感覺上原句用since，後面用after便改變句意。

since是從那個時候(Camille in 1969)開始，after是在那個時候(Camille in 1969)以後。

至於哪裡看出持續性？

答：從以前到現在第十大 (the thenth most intense hurricane) 就有"持續、一段時間"的意味在其中。

上面这话的意思是说如果用完成时就是having become了吧?可动词是 increase啊.所以如果用完成时改为 have increased吧?
