请教各位，我收到BOSTON的一封EMAIL，内容如下：

Congratulations!  Through the Graduate Management Admission Search Service (GMASS), you have been identified as a preferred candidate for Boston University抯 MBA Program because your profile is similar to current BU students who have enrolled and received scholarships for our MBA programs.  

International Diversity is an integral component of the Boston University educational experience, so we are actively looking for students from Canada to join our Full-time MBA program beginning in August 2006.  This past year we awarded merit-based scholarships to more than 70 percent of the incoming class with an average award greater than US$16,000.  To show our continued commitment to diversifying our class, we have increased our scholarship budget for the class beginning in August 2006 by 32 percent.

是否意味着，只要我在17号之前交完材料就可获奖学金和offer？奖学金是每年都给还是就给第一年的？另外，学校要求的财产证明，是在申请之前提交还是拿到offer以后去银行申请就行？因小弟从来没申请过，所以特地请教各位。

是否意味着，只要我在17号之前交完材料就可获奖学金和offer？

个人理解： 这里说的是您在那个日子前递交申请，他们回在FEB15前给作出决定。没说一定给奖学金或者录取

奖学金是每年都给还是就给第一年的？

个人理解： 奖学金最多给到$30,530 没说具体每年或者第一年。

另外，学校要求的财产证明，是在申请之前提交还是拿到offer以后去银行申请就行？因小弟从来没申请过，所以特地请教各位。

个人理解： 通常申请时候不用递交。
