难道只是问“academic”的经历，课外活动算不算？

4. In your career, you will have to deal with many ethical issues. What are likely to be the most challenging and what is your plan for developing the competencies you will need to handle these issues effectively? (400-word limit)

别的学校都是问你过去有什么ethical conflicts, 这题考未来？没思路。

给你字体放大点，看不清楚，呵呵。

第一个问题有争议的，有的人说一定要说学习的，有的人说不一定的。不过一个比较有经验的朋友说课外活动是可以的。你不放心，不妨写信问问学校，拿一个肯定的答复。

第四个题目我看看，感觉就是你自己参照现在的一些capability和以往处理ethical issues积累的经验教训，思考自己将来可能遇到什么样的ethical issues比较难很好的处理的，然后写自己准备如何来加强自己更有效的处理这些问题。

个人一点参考意见。
