请NN们指点~~可否解释一下B选项中的was having been done这种时态都用在什么地方嘛?好像OG和prep上没有这种时态。。另外，and连接并列句 如果前后两句都是be动词作谓语且一样，那么第二个谓语什么时候可以省略呢？像D选项就没有省略 这里的rule什么呢？ 求解求解~~
