my questions are:

1. It's difficult for the 11T score to arrive at ross before the round 2 deadline. If I get my 11T score via phone and self-report my score to Ross, can Ross add my application into the pool of the second round?

2. First, I have to submit one hard-copy recommedation

My recommender is not familiar with English, so he can provide the recommendation for Chinese version, and ask his friend to translate it into english, could you tell me if the translated recommendation should be certified? is it ok if my recommender signs his name on the envelope in which my recommendation for two versions is included without certification?
