如果是五年前四大出来的申请者应该还真的是很outstanding的，但是现在林子大了，真的是什么样的鸟都有，四大的背景已经不再是什么光环，甚至从某种程度上来说还将成为所有有志申请TOP MBA的四大人的一个鸡肋：就是很难在同样背景的pool里stand out, 头痛ing！

Generally speaking, big 4 experience is valuable in job hunting. Though big 4 experience are not as valuable as top IB, top strategic consulting firm (Mckinsey, BCG level), private equity or assets management, they are generally better than most other industrial experience. If you are interested in future finance jobs, then you should have advantage if you are experienced in corporate finance/transaction services, M&A or IPO audit. Many finance jobs require experience in 1) IB or assets management 2) strategic consulting 3) big four transaction services team.
