a 不对，plenty of bumps and brusise 是 look less appetizing 的一部分，have 不能和look 平行。

还是倾向于选E

A,B,C有一个共同的问题，那就是cousins, 后面是逗号，那也就是说often green and striped要么是插入语，只能修饰cousins不对，要么是主句的成分，但是or后面的和其又不平行，所以排除。

D,E用的是分号，后面是独立的句子。

D的or前面不平行

所以选E
