Thanks for sharing first! It seems that you met with a very creative interviewer. Yeah, it's more interesting than "why MBA, why Fuqua, why now, why this, why that"! Of course, you need to be strong enough to answer such questions in English in so short time. 10 question within 30 mins! really very tough.

Is anything wrong there are conflicts among a team? Childish!

我不觉得c版的答案有太大问题，团队中的优秀者正是善于发现矛盾并且积极地解决，挺好。一团和气只能证明缺乏个性。感谢分享经验

I'm at your side! To build a cohesive team, a leader must know how to resolve the conflicts among team members and also between himself/herself and other team members. Sometimes, you must be tough. To get respect is always an art.

thanks for sharing.  其实和team里的人有冲突很正常的，但是如何解决冲突可能就是一个很精彩的故事
