想请教一下，b选项，With a law passed in 1933 that makes it a crime punishable by imprisonment that a LACE>United StatesLACE> citizen hold 这个hold用原型是不是因为省略了should, 如果是的话为什么这里要用should呢？

还有一个问题，d选项 Because of a law passed in 1933 making it a crime punishable by imprisonment for a United States citizen to hold这样的 because of +n+ing的形式是不是不允许的？

请多多指教！

我觉得ETS很不喜欢with +n+这个n引起的—ing 形式。比如with a hat making me cool. 应该改成with a hat that makes me cool.

相对的是because of a hat that makes me cool, on account of a hat that makes me cool.

所以这题应该是with, because of , on account of a law that makes……,immigrants found ……

不过B我个人认为hold 应该是holds 或者是held。虚拟的话也该用过去式或者 would should
