B.unveiled what it claims to be = sth that it claims to be,当中牵涉到一个claim sth to be的结构。字典上没有查到这个用法。但是claim
to do这个结构是有的（见下面）。

unveiled sth that it claims (that) is
这里what
it claim是做unveil的宾语。It claims，我认为不是插入语，因为如果去掉，句子变成unveiled
what is the world’s smallest digital camcorder,既然已经是the world’s smallest digital camcorder，还用what，不是多余么？所以我觉得what it claims is 整体是个句子，省略了claim后面的that。还原一下：
unveiled sth that it claims （that）is the world’s smallest digital camcorder
第一个that是引导宾语从句，修饰sth。第二个that是引导claim的宾语从句。之所以is前面没有名词，是因为该名词就是第一个that。
B和D的区别还在于后面的weigh。长度和重量应该都是camcorder的属性，应该是并列关系，而不是伴随关系。所以D正确。
Claim做动词的用法（Longman）：
To declare to be true; state, especially in the face of opposition;
maintain
e.g. They claim to have discovered/claim that they have discovered a cure
for the disease, but this has not yet been proved.
