7.(307)In relocating to countries in Europe orAsia, U.S. companies are looking to avoid the attention brought on by moving tosuch obvious tax shelters as Belize, andtaking advantage of the more favorable business conditions in countries likeDenmark, which also have a highly skilled work force.

(D)Belize, and take advantage of the more favorable business conditions in countries likeDenmark, which also have a highly skilled work force
(E) Belize, and are taking advantage of the morefavorable business conditions in countries like Denmark, which also have ahighly skilled work force

8.(308)A successful ascent of Mt. Everest isrendered tremendously difficult by numerous obstacles, not the least of which is the challenge of adjusting to the decreased atmosphericpressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability that characterize veryhigh altitudes.

(A) is the challenge of adjusting to the decreasedatmospheric pressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability thatcharacterize very high altitudes
(B) are the challenge of adjusting to thedecreased atmospheric pressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability thatcharacterize very high altitudes

(C) is the challenge of adjusting to thedecreased atmospheric pressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability thatcharacterizes very high altitudes
(D) are the challenge of adjusting to thedecreased atmospheric pressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability thatcharacterizes very high altitudes
(E) is the challenges of adjusting to thedecreased atmospheric pressure and correspondingly low oxygen availability thatcharacterize very high altitudes
这里可以考虑,not the least of which is 可以变成there is,所以后面challenge决定了前面的单复数

B 同A
C
2、
A 不该是instead of,than就行了
C 直接than就行了,没必要rather than
D the section咋跟players比较
E
A {比较对象不符合逻辑}
B what does很冗杂
C 没必要as compared to
D v.>n.
E
4、
A 后面乱做一团了,从he was implored 开始
B in order that 不对,be implored也不对
C
B 同A
A 感觉not unlikely没likely好,而且之后的which感觉修饰territory的话,能发出provide这个动作吗
D {which的意思更为鲜明,就是形容territory的,而for ving的话意思很模糊,不知道具体修饰谁}
E as that of就算了吧
7、
B 不是跟 moving平行,而该是to do
C
D which 修饰denmark,have错
8、
A
B are错误
C {后面两个形容词是修饰meat的,所以得要and连接}
D 这么多and
10、
A
