BC 和E的区别在于主语和谓语的搭配上,BC说的是development will involves machines; E说的是type of manufacturing involves machines 显然E更好

not unlike的意思是:"more similar than you might think" or "different, but with enough similarities that the comparison deserves attention."
just like 意味着,比较对象完全一样;constructed using few sophisticated tools代表了birds和human nests的不同之处
