关于网申 Tuck 的问题，请大家回答一下，谢谢！

难道Tuck是要先interview再提交申请吗？

网申网站上写：If you have not scheduled or completed an admissions interview, please explain why:

不太明白是怎么回事？

Tuck has two types of interview.

1. Reommended  - It should be on campus ONLY. And it should be done before the application submission.

2. Invitation Only - It can be on campus, off campus, or phone interview. You shall receive the invitation after you submit your applicaiton if tuck is interested in your profile.  

Above mentioned applies to domestic applicants. For international applicants, tuck might have some other procedures to process. You can contact the admission for more information.

For your case, since you can not commit the on campus interview, you can just use "international student" as the reason to explain why you can not schedule an interview.

谢谢版主！但我还是不太明白，在美国的applicant这个on campus interview是必须的吗？我不太可能跟公司请假从加州跋山涉水的去NH interview。我就说不能去成吗？这个会不会被他们认为不重视tuck？版主你去这个interview了吗？

it is recommended, so you dont have to go. but you need to explain. Maybe you can say you live on the west coast etc. Yes, i ve been to the interview.

i am not sure.

it was a blind interview. the interviewer only had my resume. he was a second year student. i think i spoke too much in the intervew. i was only asked 4 qwuetions within half an hour.

1. go through your resume

2. why mba

3. why tuck

4. what is your uniqueness

突然又想起来，不知道这个面试你是怎么schedule的？直接给他们打电话吗？必须on campus吗？如果可以在local面一下，我倒是想试试，操练一把。hehehe~~~
