这道题想问一下，题目解析说A的to run on ….gas 是conversion的目的，
那就是说The United Parcel Service plans to convert its trucks to run on ..
但是run on的主语不应该是trucks吗？而不应该是The United Parcel Service啊?我觉得应该是 plans to convert its trucks to make them run on才对吧？

B选项：that are powered by gasoline成为了定语从句，跳过in LA修饰trucks, 这个不算绝对错误。只是和A相比，A更明确简洁一些，所以舍B留A。

C选项：that will run...是trucks的定语从句，那么主干成分为“UPS转变卡车”，但逻辑上来说，应该是转变汽油卡车变成天然气卡车（双宾为主干成分，而定语不是）。

D选项：plan后面是不定式作宾语，全句核心为UPS plans for sb to do sth，即UPS计划：某人做某事，那么此时为trucks主动去convert，但逻辑上应该是UPS converts trucks to sth.

E选项：plan后面是一个宾语从句，宾语从句里trucks是主语，convert是谓语，此时变成了trucks去转变，但逻辑上来说应该是UPS使卡车转变。

这句主要表达的是车辆的能源来源的变化，B选项明显更强调了从gasoline换到了natural gas，感觉比A更好
