请教，关于这题的代词问题

CDE应该是因为时态问题，这题选择B ，我主要比较纠结对于代词的理解。

我的理解如下：

A：it不对，profits 是复数，所以it不对，感觉analysts前面是不是省略了指代profits的that？（that作宾语省略了），即than （that） analysts had expected, 所以也不需要指代？

而且如果省略了前面的it，则后面its指代company逻辑上更合理，因为这里可以多个同一级的代词指代同一个名词

本人语法比较烂，如果错的离谱请轻捶谢谢！

楼主基本理解正确，it可指代company， A选项的it用them （指代Profits)合理些

这里完整的是......than analyst had expected them to
them指代的是profits
个人理解不用that另外指代profit

但是B 选项，好像没有them to ，所以就不太清楚这里怎么指代profits，想请教一下~
