Lijian Lu是Columbia的，现在在HKUST，double counting了. USC统计比较不全，缺少Heng Zhang, ASU; 然后建议哪位好心人把几个重要的IEOR项目（e.g., Stanford, Columbia, Cornell, Georgia Tech）也写出来？

Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for its Ph.D. program in Operations Management for Fall 2022 admissions. At least two positions are available. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in optimization, analysis of algorithms, economic modeling, and/or statistics/econometrics. Proficiency in a computer programming language (C, C++, Java, Python, Julia, Matlab, or R) is strongly preferred. Admitted students receive a full tuition waiver, a partial waiver of student health insurance costs, and a stipend as long as they are in good standing with the department. Students work approximately 20 hours per week as research and/or teaching assistants in return for support. The stipend is $30,000 for the nine-month academic year. Summer research fellowships are also available. While the continuation of financial aid is contingent on satisfactory performance, most students are funded for five years. U Miami的PHD项目2022Fall正在招收博士生。这个项目比较新，目前总共一共招收7名学生，5名都在五年内正常毕业，另两名在读（2018年入学）。已毕业的学生都找到tenure-track的工作。以下是最新三名毕业学生的placement：Huiqi Guan (Fudan University, 2018)
