I am taller tha you (are). the verb "are" here can be omitted.

wild animals have less total fat than livestock fed on grain has. The verb can also be omitted.

If you want to compare objects, as in C, you mean "wild animals have less total fat than (wild animals have)that of livestock fed on grain"        illogical.

B 有歧义，FAT 和 LIVESTOCK 比较。C是宾语的 比较，FAT 和 TAHT OF LIVESTOCK，THAT 指代FAT，怎么会有歧义，不是很理解！
