20fall HKU Mfin conditional offer

今天刚刚收到港大Mfin conditional offer的邮件，求问这个意思是录取了嘛？还是还需要什么条件或者要求？附上 timeline 12.15压线提交的申请
递交了托福和GRE，TG都不高，尤其是G，奇低无比
LZ是文科转专业申请的，其他背景都一般吧 所以比较心慌

I am pleased to inform you that the MFin Admissions Committee, after careful consideration of your educational qualification and professional experience, has decided to make you a conditional offer* in the HKU MFin Full-time Programme for the year 2021-2022.  

The formal letter of acceptance with more details from The University of Hong Kong will be sent to you by email once ready.  You are required to pay a deposit of HK$95,000 plus the caution money (HK$350) by February 4, 2021 (Thursday).

只说了con offer，但没发具体的条件，还有就是deposit的日期，其他啥也没有
这意思是还会再发一封邮件嘛？

应该没啥吧 只是先发con offer，正式offer稍后发。我记得港大的申请是先交材料吧 材料真实无bug的话应该不会有问题

想请问下楼主conoffer后续是什么？要求什么条件啊？

收到了同样的邮件，求问楼主后续收到了什么样的邮件呀？con的条件是什么呀？
现在好疑惑不知道收到这封邮件是不是稳了的意思
