背景：211陆本 + 加拿大Master of Applied Science 四大天坑老末 材料工程专业 本科GPA 2.9... (完全没好好学习） 研究生GPA 3.8（拼了老命） GMAT 690 (就考了一次线下，真的不想再考了）四年工作经验（加拿大）北美三大汽车公司最不大的那一大就职 三年工程师 一年中层工程管理。

申请10/9/2020 ---面试邀请10/13/2020---面试10/19/2020---录取通知10/27/2020 （之前一年一直在和Admission小蜜沟通，彼此比较熟悉，所以面试邀请比较快。不得不说Rotman小蜜态度是真的好，还帮忙看Essay，建议大家多多沟通）
两人面试，共35分钟，问题如下：
1. Why MBA?
2. Why Now?
3. Why Rotman?
4. What defines a good leader?
5. Tell me a time that you have to make a diffcult decision
6. What is your short term and long term goal? How can Rotman MBA help you?
7. What will you bring to Rotman?
8. Did you apply to other school? did you get any offer?
9. If someone is not performing as per your expectation, what would you do?
10. Do you have questions for me?

最近工作太忙 一直没有时间更新 不好意思Zoom面试 面试官一人，共30分钟，问题如下：
1. Why Ross?
2. Why MBA?
3. Two things you like in team work
4. Two things you do not like in team work
5. How do you define your success at Ross?
6. Why the automotive field? What drew you to it?
7. How do you handle an obstacle which threatens your work?
8. What question you thought I would ask but I did not?
9. Any questions for me?
面试本身不难，但是很难聊起来，面试官一直在做笔记。而且感觉整个面试体验比较匆忙。
最后给俩面试体验打个比较主观的分：Rotman：8     Ross: 5
