有大神来解释下为什么AE是错的而B是对的呢？

目前看到的解释是breathe, drink water, eat food, and have skin surface area是adults和children都会干的事情，只不过程度不一样，这里不是做相反比较，所以排除AC。
这个解释对么？

A 与成年人相反，孩子会呼吸，说得成年人不呼吸一样
E 孩子 will，这个时态说得孩子还在娘胎里现在不呼吸一样
