背景：英本，GPA较低， G320偏低，international exposure较高，个人感觉INSEAD对Academic要求稳定，面试占比不大，但是是一个展示自我的好机会。 二位校友的面试官也是根据申请人的背景和goal去assign的，INSEAD面试更像分享经验和给一些职业建议。其中一位面试官, 韩国+西班牙混血， pre INSEAD 在美国读书工作， post INSEAD 三星head of HR. 可能是因为全球across industry的工作经历比较丰富并且也是top公司senior的HR，对申请欧美的MBA和职业规划特别有experience&insights，给我很多启发和建议，也希望他能帮忙以后同学的申请更一帆风顺~~强力推荐~~~~~

另外想问句，好多前辈都提到两位校友有一个会比较接近申请者的背景，另一个比较接近post mba的规划。
校友对之后的规划会提问或是challenge吗？看到有些学校的面试官似乎有这种倾向
