但c和d只是感觉怪怪又看不出特别错误的地方，求大神解答

尝试解答一下。但我先声明自己的观点，不是所有的错误答案都是按照一定的规律创作的，我觉得这题就是，C和D的结构很难拆解，错误很难找。

首先看C。In Madagascar, the bones of a meat-eating dinosaur, Majungatholus atopus, distantly related to Tyrannosaurus rex and closely resembled South American predatory dinosaurs, have been discovered.

粗体部分是句子主体。开头地点状语，然后主语，同位语，定语短语（related to ... and resembled ...)，然后动词（被动语态的现在完成时）。同位语和定语都应该是跟主语有关，但这里看到明显无关，bones不是Majungatholus atopus，bones也不relate和resemble。那我们看看同位语/定语是不是解释了紧跟前面的名词，貌似是ok的，meat-eating dinosaur就是Majungatholus atopus, Majungatholus atopus也relate和resemble...。所以C貌似ok。

然后看D。A distant relative of Tyrannosaurus rex, bearing a close resemblance to South American predatory dinosaurs is Majungatholus atopus, a meat-eating dinosaur, the bones of which have been discovered in Madagascar.
开通同位语，然后是一个类似倒装结构的句子，然后又是同位语，最后一部分是定语从句。这个结构很混乱，但貌似也没错。

那我们最后看一下A。The bones of Majungatholus atopus, a meat-eating dinosaur that is a distant relative of Tyrannosaurus rex and closely resembles South American predatory dinosaurs, have been discovered in Madagascar.
首先是句子主语，然后是接了一个定语从句的同位语，然后是动词和地点状语。这个结构明显非常清晰，毫无歧义。所以会选A。

C和D貌似也没有大错，但是句子结构比较混乱，容易造成歧义，A选项显然更好一些。乱七八糟说了一堆，希望有帮助吧。
