Fintech practicum是和圣路易斯本地、海外的公司对接，由教授和MBA带队完成公司要求的一些fintech或finance相关的任务，进行research。各个项目的具体内容都不一样，是同学自由报名选择的。

就业情况麻烦参考学校官方po的就业数据～
Waive的条件是本科大学属于AACSB list，那门课程成绩在B以上，提供课程syllabus和成绩单，并且得到教授同意即可。

官网的就业数据至今停留在这个项目还叫msca的时候.....
请问在wustl可以通过提前选修高级别的课程来waive低级别的课吗？比如先修3学分的cloud computing去waive 1.5学分的那门课

课程都是有prerequisite的哦，必须要满足要求才能选你说的高级别的课。其他情况需要和教授以及office沟通。同学关于学习选课上的任何问题和想法都随时可以和自己的advisor联系。

来自Recruiter的官方回答：In-person interviews are requested on an individual basis at the request of the Admission Committee. If a student wishes to speak directly with their Recruiter and provide us with more information that will strengthen their application, they can schedule a 1-on-1 phone or Skype meeting with their Recruiter. This will not be an interview, but yet, just a meeting to learn more. They can reach out directly to schedule this meeting.

Here is our most recent Employment  Report. We are currently compiling data for our 2019 Employment Report and it will be available soon. FinTech data was not reported yet in our 2018 Employment Report as we had not yet graduated a FinTech class in 2018. 2019 is the first graduating class for FinTech. As of right now we have a 100% employment rate 6 months post-graduation. We also have the largest business school career centers in the United States, having 33 dedicated career center staff. We are dedicated to serving students and ensuring employment post-graduation.

申请了MSBA的R2，请问一般来说选择Track的时候会有第二或第三志愿的机会吗？
另外，想问一下MSBA新开设的Talent Analysis有什么特色，未来在美国的就业前景如何？
