Why?第一次说这个题的时候，我说things，结果我的Siri以为我在喊他，说了一通，我被迫断网刷新了一遍...然后题目没变。提醒大家把手机ipad啥的静音，放好吧。 3.写作：（5分钟答）Tell me a time when you led a team ofindividuals who struggled to gain consensus on an approach to a difficultproblem or task. How did you try to align the team toward the objective orgoal? What was the outcome?    写作时间紧，但是从以往题目来看都是跟align相关，可以先想好一些。比如性格不合，cross-functional，等等。
