Do I need to take Toefl?

I've been in States for 3 years, do I still need to take T for MBA application?

most schools may waive the toefl if the applicant got or will soon get a degree from a US institute, and some schools also waive toefl in the case like yours. you may go check schools' websites and viewbooks for details.

For some universities (Univ. of Florida, Madison, etc),  if you have studied in a univ in usa for more than one year, you may ask to waive your TOEFL.
But for most universities, you can ask to waive if you have got a degree from English speaking country.
For some unviersities( Stanford(not sure), USC, Rochester, etc.), you can ask to waive TOEFL only if you get a Bachelor's degree.

Most schools will waive your TOEFL if you have a degree from a university in the US. However, some don't. (they require an undergraduate degree). Here are some of the schools: Stanford, Harvard, Yale. Duke maybe. Correct me if I am wrong. :-)

You can waive TOEFL in UT Austin if your verbal score >35 in GMAT.

if you have master degree in the US, some schools do waive your T score, kellogg, sloan, berkeley, michigan, just name a few.

Thanks a lot, I've got a MS from a US university and currently working in a US company. anyone has some idea about NYU and Columbia University?

Those two school are very strong in Finance and entertainment & media sector.

Columbia: You can ask to waive TOEFL.
Harvard: Not required, but it is highly recommended.
For Yale and DUke: try to talk to them, maybe you can. They think they can waive my Toefl because Verbal score from my GMAT is 4*.
NYU: I don't know. It is very easy to check on its website.
