关于comma+ved在句尾的修饰问题，急求帮助

看到不同的资料上comma+ved在句尾的修饰解释不同，十分困惑
版本1：作为noun modifier, 就近修饰comma前面的名词，如果是A of B结构就是修饰这一个整体；
版本2：作为noun modifier,根据句意判断是修饰主句主语还是comma前的名词；
版本3：作为adverbial modifier修饰前面整个句子
请问哪个才是正确的解释？

(= UNLIKE comma + "__ing")

comma + "__ed" CAN ALSO describe the entire agent+action that comes before it.
(= same behavior as "comma + __ing")

you should just know that both are possible

请教前辈！那为什么这道题要选E呢？

根据上面的规则，E的earned修饰的就是national and
international speed records。但是earned的主语是pilot呀。飞行员才可以赢得。求解！感谢！

ed表是被动啊...奖牌被赢得 没啥问题呀....你是不是忽略了这一点 ?

以及你这个排版真的有点醉人呀....以后可以考虑用高级模式，把下划线划出来...也方便别人帮你解答，不然真的看起来眼花缭乱 TAT

啊！明白啦。这里是说奖牌被赢得了，ed是被动式标志。我忽略了这点。
