这场面试遇到一些小问题，不是很普遍，所以希望把我的经验写出来给大家参考一下，希望大家如果遇到类似问题不要慌。
先贴上timeline：
10.20 提交申请
11.19 收到面试邀请
11.26 成功预约面试
11.28 Skype面试
12.10 收到offer call
12.11 收到邮件status update
面试预约：需要自己发邮件去和面试官沟通时间，中间面试官3-4天不回邮件，所以要自己主动一点多发几次。约了Skype面试。
面试官：在读mba学生，印度人，目测年龄30+，tech岗从业多年，口音较重。
面试概述：总共55分钟，因为对方设备问题经常录不进音（一句话听得断断续续的那种），而且录进去的我也有点听不懂，所以一个问题要讲很多遍（辛苦面试官阿姨了）而且中间对方调试了很多次，导致时间特别长。
说明：因为存在上述问题所以我不是特别确定对方问的是什么，我采取的策略是大致听懂问题（or看口型判断）之后，再复述一遍，对方点头了我就默认我理解的是对的，然后开始答。
具体问题：
- walk me through your resume and why you choose Duke Fuqua and the MQM program
- what can you contribute to Fuqua
- where do you see yourself after graduating from Fuqua
- tell me about one of your successful leadership experiences and what you learned from it
- have you worked with any foreigners in XXX
- what are the most important things you learned from your internships
- which track did you choose and why
- tell me a failure in your teamwork experience and how you handled it
- what's your understanding of leadership and tell me about a leader you admire
- what's your understanding of diversity and tell me about a leadership experience when your team members are diversified
- what's your plan if you are not admitted to Fuqua
- what can you contribute in your teams in Fuqua
- why Duke Fuqua not other schools
- do you have any questions for me
（可能还有些问题不记得了，真的问了好多的感觉）
最后感谢一下面试官！
她人真的很好，一遍一遍大声、放慢复述问题，看到我答不下去了也没有为难，还给了我很多积极的反馈，然后Q&A的时候还滔滔不绝说了很多。
