我不認同summer的說法。這明顯是not only but also的倒裝結構，倒裝的正確寫法會是 Not only +helping verb + S V, pronoun can also V，平行的點會是pronoun正確指代S。
有上面的觀念基本可以刪除AB
樓主畫紅線的E選項才是所謂平行結構的考點，因此也可以刪除選項。
另外C選項單獨出現but also是明顯的錯誤。
