在北美基本上除了加拿大的商学院， 美国几乎所有的商学院都没有最低GPA要求。如果GPA低，考虑自己是否合适申请的方法很简单。综合考虑一下自己的：

MBA录取就是差异化竞争，去发现自己独特的经历，价值和优势。如果有足够多的其他优势，GPA低也没有关系。譬如你登上过20座山峰，那么很有可能学校会放弃一个GPA3.5的人，如果其他方面你们2个都一样。因为GPA3.5的人太多了。

"Born in medical industry"?  - your backgroud is so unique, I believe that is a HUGE advantage when you apply, you can definately add diversitify to any school!

Just kiding, don't be mad. 3.0 no problem, I myself is 76/100, I guess it's about GPA 2.7.

You are from Fudao, which will GREATLY make your GPA looks better - admin officer are not stuipd. they know that an average GPA in a top school might be MUCH better than a high GPA in an average school. And Fudan is one of the top school (let's say Beida/Qinghua/Fudao/Jiaoda, they generates the most MBA applicants in China, btw, I am  from none of them).

And as many suggested - a good GMAT can make up for a bad GPA, so try to do a better GMAT, basically they are telling the same thing, if you have a good IQ.

Remember, the ESSAY is the most important. You have a bad GPA, so forget it, focus on what you can change, that's the ESSAY/GMAT/Rec.

Be confident on that GPA, if you have a good background, you can apply for any school.

I think maybe the most strange working experience which will probably different from others maybe the experience in surgical operation.
