1.the court rule that ... 法院规定一个事儿，从逻辑上来讲就要用that从句。
E表明the court ruled the ... Club ×
2.后半句the primary aim没说是谁的aim
3.V-ing有几种用法（源自：RON）：①immediate result
②way in which the preceding statement works or is true
③more specific description of the preceding statement
我认为这里原文想要表达的意思是①这种用法。
法院先reject the argument， 然后rule that ...
因此，rejecting the arguemnt要放在前面。（位置问题请自行查看manhattan SC，书里有详细的解释）
