答案是选择的D,我知道D是没错的，可是A 却怎么不对呢？

我记得enough 的用法是这样的呀：enough to do
比如OG的47题 正确的选项如下：

Dispalys of the aurora boreal ,or northen lights can heat the atmosphere over the arctic enough (to affect the trajectories of ballistic missiles and induce)electric currents that can cause blackouts in some areas and corrosion in north-south pipelines.

Never before had taxpayers confront (so many changes at once as they had in )the Tax Reform Act of 1986

答案是D

对这道题我不清楚的地方是:at once 在这里的用法，OG中解释说B,C中at once的位置不对，我对此很迷惑，不知道这个at once为什么要在many changes后面呢？请指点~ Thank you!

2，at once放在many changes前面有歧义，无法确定修饰对象。个人见解 ：）

1      请注意，A中，have的逻辑主语是stomach disorders，意即stomach disorders使得some of these drugs被禁止。这个意思绝对别扭。（中文好象可以）。反观D，意思非常清楚明了，不绕弯子。
原因我觉得是出在severe上，severe是形容词，通常是说a be adj. enough to do b.而to do b 的逻辑主语是a.如果这里A中没有severe，那么就是 a do b enough to do c.这时候，to do c的逻辑主语就是 a 而不是b.（注意）。
OG47    所以，这里to affect的逻辑主语是Dispalys of the aurora boreal ,or northen lights，没有歧义。
OG92    注意，这里at once和in the Tax Reform Act of 1986是对等的关系。都是说的动作发生的不同时间。As,,,,,as,,,,,结构连接了这两个不同时间下发生的情况。D，很对等。BC都不对等。

我试着回答一下：

这个题目还是从动词入手；ban这个动作的发起着已经很明显是the Food and Drug Admistration加上by说明用被动语态，而如果用A加入了have使得这个动作由stomach
disorders发起是不合理的。

2、OG的47题我是这样思考的：
句子的划线的头尾为动词就从动词入手。那么就从induce入手，单独放置induce是不对的要么是并列要么是分词。把a\b\c排除，比较最后两个答案E明显更好。

3、Never before had taxpayers confront (so many changes at once as they had in )the Tax Reform Act of 1986

B at once as many changes as

C at once as many changes that there were with

D as many changes at once as they confront in

E so many changes at once that they confront them in
at once是时间状语，应该放在动词的前面或句子的后面，at once要么放在confront的前面，要么放在change的后面。举一个中文的例子：
（1）工人在1978年建造了黄鹤楼。
（2）工人建造了黄鹤楼在1978。
（3）工人建造在1978年黄鹤楼。
明显（3）的修饰很有问题。所以b\c 是可以排除的，其实用用并列是可以排除的。
