第65篇：缺点怎么说
我在前面的文章中有讲到过一些刁钻问题的回答方式。缺点这个问题在Essay和Interview的环节，也常会被面试官提及提及。其实，申请者选择什么样的角度说自己的weakness并不重要，重要的是让interviewer看出你对待这个问题的真诚。我认为在回答这个问题的时候的2个关键因素：
1. 逃避回答：
说一个非常weak的weakness；或者说一个和申请完全无关的personal的weakness。那不是interviewer所关心的。

2. 如何改善：
这个Weakness是如何影响到你工作的，同事你采取了什么步骤去克服或者改善这个方面的能力或行为等。 距离：因为口吃所以努力成为记者，成为记者后去商学院能分享心路历程，同时帮到同学们。

这样的说明，代表了你直面问题的勇气，以及你克服问题的信心与行动力。有weakness并不可怕，可怕的是并不敢面对它：）

3.两个Sample：
Sample answer 1:
"A major weakness I had in the past was delegating work to others and trusting them to do it correctly. In my early career, this caused some problems for me in that my subordinates were unhappy because they felt I lacked confidence in them. I would try to do the work myself or look over their shoulders while they were doing the work. This problem was brought to my attention by my supervisor in a performance review. I agreed with her on this point and admitted I needed to change so I read a few self-help books that helped me change my thinking and let go of the idea that I needed to micromanage my work environment in order to get the job done. Now, I have no problem delegating work to subordinates."

Sample answer 2:
"I'm a very shy person until I get to know a person. Being shy has cost me a great deal in my career as it has prevented me from getting promotions and jobs I've wanted. A few years ago, I realized I would have to change or I wasn't going to achieve my career goals. I read several self-help books on the subject, "Getting Over Your Shyness" was one, and Isummoned up the courage to take a speech class at night. The teacher was excellent and was able to convince me how shyness is just an irrational fear. Although I'll always be shy, I'm not nearly as shy as I used to be and I've greatly improved my ability to communicate with others by taking several more speech classes. Now, I can get up in front of a large group of people and give a lengthy presentation without a problem."

第66篇：商学院面试考察什么

不同商学院的面试形式不同，面试官不同的，问题不同，问的方式不同，但考的侧重点都很类似：


1. 基本的英语沟通能力：
这是考察的最基本的东西。也是最容易做到的。因为AO要确保被招收到MBA Program里的人，能够无障碍的和其他的人进行讨论，参与到group discussion；听懂老师和同学的谈话内容。这是第一性的东西。也是所有interview中考察的最大头的东西。

2. 逻辑性问题：
作为中国申请人，可以在语言上输给native speaker，但是要在逻辑上取得胜利。这是中国人的强项，也是MBA Program要培养的人的非常重要的特质。

3. 谈吐举止：
是否跟学校match, 情商是否在线，未来是否能跟同学们玩到一起去。申请人未来是否能在学习和生活更好的融入到学校的环境。

4. 智商在线
1）问题的深入：可以把近期规划做的很具体和可实现的同时，长期规划和对行业，事情和经历的理解非常深刻；
2）可塑性强： 如何在困境成为一个跨文化的领导者；
3）看智商：    刁钻问题如何回答，行业问题怎么看。一些学校也会有Case 模拟的问题。
