同意楼上的，第1题应该是B,没有twice the likelihood这样的用法，likelihood to也不是习惯用法！并且表示twice的倍数要用as   as,没有twice as的用法！！

第一题：

如果将B改为B) that they are twice as likely  to get osteoarthritis of the knee  as White women。则才有可能正确。否则to get osteoarthritis of the knee 会引起歧义。比如，做定语修饰White women。
