附OG答案解析（图片里），但自己并没有太理解。主要没有理解选项D中"those"用法

我自己的理解如下：

排除ABC  their没有指代对象（没有符合语义的复数名词 ）——》 比较DE    having没有with合理，   having强调onging状态 ——》 选D

希望有明白的小伙伴们来指导一下这道新题，顺便指导一下我的思路对不对~  感谢啦~

个人觉得没毛病，补充两点。
1. those 可以裸奔，在prep中出现过these裸奔的情况。
2.  permit sb sth 和permit sth 句意上是有区别的。

不过提醒一下楼主，those裸奔是不完全指代，而且必须要加限定修饰才可以哦，这边的those之所以后面不用加名词是因为后面有with结构

those可以用于指代某个群体。给楼主点例句：
People with more social support tend to live longer than people who are more isolated.
People with more social support tend to live longer than those who are more isolated.
Those with more social support tend to live longer than people who are more isolated.
Those with more social support tend to live longer than those who are more isolated.
四个句子都是完全等同的。

你的例子可以很清楚地 看出  those (with...)  表示   与people 同类型的群体

但是这道题those在句子里没有指代的对象。 我比较同意楼上的说法： those 在这道题中是不完全指代，加上限定修饰with结构才有意义。

解析里说ABC错在one跟their不能合在一起用，如果用one‘s的话会比较好一些
然后E的解释就有些牵强，说的是语意上的问题，也就是E让原句看起来是达到这些要求的教徒都争着想展示，现在只不过是被允许了而已，具体定位到 were permitted their public display of material prosperity

至于having，个人认为是没问题的

比较DE 选项D的结构比选项E更加平行：a liberal education or (an)  annual income；  选项D display... in public 动词结构优于名词结构 选项E their public display  综上，选项D表达更好

这道题目我选了E，所以很不理解为啥D是对的。
我觉得用having比with更好，因为听一个老师的网课说with表示与某件事有关系，但是关系不明确，但having就很明确，就是表示拥有。
不知道如何说服自己E是正确的
