The more business (less technical) it is, the:
1. (for public university business school) more likely to require more business/economics credit in your bachelor, and thus the less likely you will be able to get it
2. (in Europe) the more likely your future job will require local lanaguage at working level, aka the less english office role available for you.
P.S. for
1: you can always choose to go to private businesss school. they are way more expensive, but they are more flexible in admission.
2. think twice about European school if you don't plan to stay and work there (e.g. planning to go back China after graduation)
By the way, there are quite some master in business analytics or similar in Germany, but they may have other names, e.g. Mannheim MSc Business Informatics, or maybe also HU Berlin MEMS. Private school like ESMT also have a quantitative business concentration under their MiM (check if there is a business analytics or similar concentration under other MiM).
Given that you are an international student, for business analytics / data science (also others fields that is combination of business and science, e.g. financial engineering), it will be better to go more on the technical side rather than business side if you have a choice (given you have a ME bachelor - the reason why BA is way more popular on CD is simply because those business student can only get into BA but not DS)
