有两个不懂的地方：1. 选项C中“ with结构”修饰哪个部分呢？对于with结构修饰的用法搞不太清
2.  Ron 指出：[size=14.007002830505371px](d) and (e) are unidiomatic; you can't write "proven records that they..."[size=14.007002830505371px]
    想请问下proven records that..为什么不对？

c选项 如果忽略掉错误和其用法的奇怪 个人认为是做伴随状语 大概类似于
the teacher came in the class with a book in his hand
对主句主语发出动作的状态进行补充说明 也可以认为是修饰前面的一整句话就对前面一整句话的信息进行补充说明 但是一般都没有逗号

问题2 个人认为如下：
that 在这里有两种可能 一种是用作定语从句解 另外一种是做record的同位语从句解
在第一种情况中 that是关系代词 在整个定语从句中充当主语或宾语的成分 但是你看这个无论是做主语还是作宾语都不是
那么作为同位语解可能更为合适
但是 n that ... 这个名词通常是一个抽象名词 比如 discovery 、theory、 phenomenon等 用来做record的同位语比较奇怪 另外呢 就算是把record作为一个抽象名词来理解 后面的句子应该是展开说明这个抽象名词是什么 没有按时还款 是一种record 记录 还是听奇怪的
你可能觉得 诶 不奇怪啊
但是你对比一下phenomenon
a phenomenon that the water turns dark suddenly when...
当xx情况发生时候 水的颜色突然变深了 这是一种现象（例子举得有点随意，能理解就好）

a record that they did not pay their loan on time
他们没有按时还款 是一种记录

不知道你能明白我表达的意思嘛
