更新：刚刚忘记放我总结的面经了。19fall所有面经贴分享的题目都在里面，还有两个18fall的题目。题库很小，认真练习吧！（看了一些前辈总结的题库，有些题太老了，19fall根本就没出现过，不建议用旧版增加工作量）

A student is selected as ClassPresident and is scheduled to accept the position and speak to the entirestudent body on Friday. On Wednesday it is discovered that the student has notcompleted a self-study course requirement that is mandatory of all studentsenate representatives. The course takes a week to be completed. Given that thestudent has not started the coursework and will not be able to finish beforethe announcement on Friday, please describe what actions should be taken inorder to resolve the situation.


如何对付kira的贴已经很多，我以前也发过。这个贴就说点别的教训。我已经录过好几所学校的kira，但是昨天晚上惨跪，主要有几个原因：
1、45s时间太短。
     诸如3 reasons之类的题，几乎没有时间详述或犹豫。我的语速非常快，别人半个小时的面试我只要不到20分钟就能搞定，可是很多问题我在准备的时候就已经堪堪要说44s，正式录像的时候稍微一卡，准备的内容就来不及说完了，不得不临时换说辞。建议大家准备时每道题最好不要超过40s。
2、网络太差，无法进入状态
     以前我录kira没有遇到过网络不行的问题，上传90s视频1分钟以内就能搞定，昨天整个过程却花了2个半小时，完全无法保持面试状态。而且由于老天断网，我录了8道题，有些题还录了两三遍（断网不一定会换题），心情非常烦躁。关注点已经从如何回答问题变成了这个题能不能成功上传。建议有条件的CDer在网速（设备测试时）不低于1M的情况下录，状态很玄很重要。

题目多不是问题，毕竟题库很小，我当初准备brandeis时练了上百道题，最后说的非常流畅。心态很重要，祝大家好运！

kira第三题应该怎么理解，是什么逻辑呢？是想说从导师或leader身上看到的闪光点，问在项目中学到什么东西来能帮助自己培养这些能力吗？

我的理解和你差不多，大概就是从同事/老板那里看到了什么闪光点，你希望从项目中学到什么来拥有这些能力
