啊抱歉，我回去重新看了一遍去年 10 月的 UW MSIM info session 錄影檔案，他是說可以選，但很難選的上（CS 學院的課是最難選到的課之一）
我把 Q&A 時這題的逐字搞打下來了：

Q: Could students select courses from other schools such as school of computer science?
A: so yes and no. one great thing of the MSIM program is that you are allowed to take courses outside of the ischool. the challenge really becomes what classes you want to take and what schools they're within. Because as you can imagine the college of computer science and engineering is automatically going to prefer their own students for their classes. so we have students taking classes in foster business school, statistics, math, the law school. but we don't often have students taking classes in the college of computer and engineering. they're actually one of the hardest schools to be able to take a class. so I would say that it would be fairly difficult to take a lot of classes in computer science.
