“，and” 后面的句子是不是一定要有主语？

请问大家像“，and+句子”这种，句子的主语和前面的一样是不是还是要重复？
在看OG19的SC800官方解答时突然产生了疑惑。
原题如下：
As criminal activity on the internet becomes more and more sophisticated, not only are thieves able to divert cash from company bank accounts, they can also pilfer valuable information such as bussiness development strategies, new product specifications, and contract bidding plans, and sell the data to competitors.
之前遇到的and都是两种情况，要么是没有逗号，and后面的部分跟前面平行部分共用一个主语，要么就是有逗号，但and后面再加一个主语（允许跟前面一句重复），所以做题的时候觉得这句话是错的，但OG说这句是正确的，迷茫了。。。

今天也要加油鸭

这里sell应该和pilfer并列吧，主语都是thieves，就是你说的那种情况呀？

可是这句话sell前难道不用再重复一遍thieves 吗？前面有个逗号……
