D后面的avoid不是谓语吗

endure, avoid, contend, ward 并列跟在having后面，一起做traveler的修饰。

另外用having做修饰本来就不优，而且D里的plus非常莫名其妙，最后一个动作前面加and就行了

你非要把avoid理解成谓语也可以，但是这样的话endure, avoid, contend, ward四个本应并列的动词就被拆开了，还是错的

D 选项的having...那一串是modifier，去掉以后变成，travellers from earth to mars avoid large dose of..., plus contend...plus用法和and一样，要链接两个独立的句子， e.g. she hates medicines, plus she doesn't want to go to hospital.

E选项是中间的modifier有问题，who would have to endure low levels of gravity for long periods of time avoid large doses of radiation，同时存在两个working verbs，错
