此句中as斯否是连词，连接定语从句they do(代替command)？

在做此题时，我是把这种用法作为习语而作对的，现在想搞搞清楚语法。

as 在此应该是关系代词。因为，as在从句中充当宾语。

其实，as是什么词不是很重要的。

恩纳，是关系代词，不是什么连词，连词怎么连接定语从句阿。。。。。
