关于OG13-SC-67的ving的问题

原题如下：

OA是A这没问题，B中as big as 30 feet long这是致命错误肯定不对也没问题，但是OG上答案说B中growing修饰的是主语32 species这点我有异议。
因为划线句子后面的部分不是有its吗？所以就不可能指的是32 species而是killer whale，那么通过and与之parallel的growing也修饰的是killer whale呀，为什么OG说这是ambiguous？关于ving作状语这部分到底是修饰句子主语，就近修饰n我始终分不清。如果句子主语和就近的n在单复数等句法上都正确的话，到底如何分辨？始终搞不清楚，恳请NN解惑！
以及Ron提到the "and" at the end of (b) introduces false parallelism，为什么是false parallelism？

,Ving 只能修饰preceding clause   意思是必须有 sv ..而且对这个S 必须make sense.... 是整个action 导致了Ving 没逗号的Ving修饰前面紧邻的那个名词

Growing ... and famous 虚假平行  两个词性完全不一样，功能完成不一样

emmm第一个问题还是没太明白，所以B选项中的growing修饰的是哪个n呢？怎么判断出的？

growing前面有逗号，所以只能修饰前面的从句..但在这里不合理..从逻辑上判断growing是修饰killer whale

要正确修饰killer whale，取消逗号
include the animal known as the killer whale growing as big as 30 feet long 这样就没疑问，growing修饰前面的killer whale

你好，关于, Ving只能修饰preceding clause我不太认同，修饰句子还是主语应该根据逻辑判断吧，下面是prep的一道题，正确答案D。逗号 + spending修饰的是doctors.
