and that 和谁平行 .....   ？  即便amoxicillin前面加个that 。。。 long a standard treatment for ear infections, to be about as effective as newer就会缺个谓语动词

c错的太多了

所以说只要指代清楚是可以跨越第一个从句进行指代的是么？
第二题C的and that我是想的补出来前面found后面的that，整个句子变成A recent study has found  amoxicillin, long a standard treatment for ear infections,to be about as effective as newer, more expensive antibiotics and that it causes  fewer side effects.
