如果是申请英国美国没有实习证明没关系，不看的，但是香港大学是要实习证明的
但是也不清楚香港大学需要的实习证明的要求是怎样的，如果不需要单位公章的话，直接找当时的老板签字就行了

我觉得2比较好 毕竟你能做点实事 但是还是要看你以后想就业的方向 最好和实习相关才是好的。 另外我也想升香港 今年 哈哈

1.  你的中信建投的实习是纯VIP refer的么？ 如果是的话，可以预期都是做做复印买咖啡做做水项目DD的工作，不建议去。如果只是内推过简历关，那么可以去。

2. 德勤和ibank对比，我会比较建议你选小投行的IBD，虽然德勤咨询的名声和准入门槛还OK，但是一方面你已经有一个远程MBB PTA的实习，onsite其实做的工作差不多，而去IBD则是去banking跟er在职能，和skillset上区别很大的部门。 可以增加你简历的多样性。

1、人人标配四大是因为只有四大愿意招这么多本科生的实习生呀，外资BB和中金更好，但是招的那么少啊。而且四大和楼主IB的career path不是很契合吧，更何况由于标配四大招生官也看烦了吧。。。
2、两个月的投行根本学不到什么。。。大三的时候在某家IB呆了6个月，我觉得刚刚能在简历上说一点东西，如果是只待两个月的话我的CV上能呈现的只有一些杂活吧。。

Thank you! The key question is what your ultimate post school goals are? If you want banking, try the smaller investment bank as you'll get more exposure and much more to write/talk about when you apply. It will be a longer duration. I wouldn't do audit unless that's something you're really focused on long-term. I think the newer bank will be more exciting and provide more opportunities for you!
