D与E在语法上都是正确的，主要是看谁忠于原意。我觉得，愿意应该是指地球上总共存在的500万种的鸟类，而E改变了原意。

D、Of five million .......that have existed on earth指地球上总共存在的500万种的鸟类中，总共有....

E、Of the five million..that have existed on earth.指地球上存在的某特指的500万种的鸟类中（即地球上存在的鸟类不止500万种，改变了原意，所以，不正确），总共有....

所以，我觉得应该选D。

  明明現在只有90%漸漸消失了....怎麼會現在100%都不存在了呢-->邏輯錯誤
