After four terrific years with Austrade team in Beijing, I was thrilled to win a Director Women in Leadership Scholarship at AGSM, one of the best MBA programs among top quartile QS ranking and embarked on a wonderful sixteen month program with an amazing cohort of 68 talented young professionals from all around the globe.

Apart from the great friendship and fun I have had, I was fortunate enough to be able to apply the learning realtime to real life cases through various part-time/volunteer work. I am still stunned at the quality of teaching and the wealth of experience of our all star team of professors/educators. It's the luxury of having a world-class sounding board and mentors.

Feeling blessed, I decided to share the best advice I have got from these mentors in small pieces like this on LinkedIn, hope aspiring young leaders in my network will also benefit.

**Chunking is one of the methods to encourage continuous learning and avoid biting more we can chew. As taught by Stephane Chatonsky If you get the frameworks right, 90% of the work is done.
