Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following: 1. Assist in research, including searching and downloading academic papers, conducting literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordinating research projects, etc. 2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation (case writing), EMBA class coordination and other logistic coordination. 3. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives. 4. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements: 1. University graduate with research experience (in strategy, international business, OB/OT, entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, or sociology) and with a plan to pursue a PhD degree in top management schools. 2. Familiar with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experiences in using quantitative analysis software such as Stata. 3. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity. 4. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with abroad range of individuals and groups. 6. Able to commit for at least 2 years. 7. Flexible working hours and willingness to work hard to meet deadlines.
